Play "Name the Molecule" Game

Show Instructions
  • The first player draws a structure of a (not too complex) molecule and submits the structure.
    • If the structure is recognized as valid, you will see a green check mark or "OK"
    • If the structure is not recognized as a valid, you will see a red wrong cross or "Invalid structure"
  • The second player guesses the name of the molecule and submits the name.
    • If the name is recognized as valid, you will see a green check mark or "OK"
    • If the name is not recognized as valid, you will see a red wrong cross or "Invalid name"
  • Any player may perform the check to see if the structure and name match.
    • Name interpretation is quite liberal: name "alanine" matches the natural L-alanine but not D-alanine
    • If the name was correct, you may start over; "Start Over" buttons resets the page.
    • If the name was not correct, second player may submit a new guess.

Player 1: Draw a Structure. To play fair, it can't be too large or too complex.
